Worst Culture - Branch Operations Manager Axis Bank Employee Review

Culture is worst. Process is too complicated. WLB is not good. Use your own cell phone device for banking. Threatening culture- MD to your supervisior always threats you. Seems like autocratic work environment. Customer service is 0 due to process complications. Asked to work every day oncluding weekends. And the worst part is the internal loopholes. Upper authorities are involved in fraudulent activities with their juniors. Takes money from customers for their luxuries. Too many things to write here.
