As a current employee, we strongly encourage you to reach out to the People team to have a follow-up conversation to ensure you have an employee experience that is consistent with our standards and values.
Our employees are extremely important to us and your well being and mental health are a top priority, which is why we offer benefits including comprehensive mental health resources. We provide sick days that can be used for mental health reasons, including an employee’s illness or to care for a family member. In addition, we offer a range of time off benefits, including vacation, thirteen company-paid holidays, and three floating holidays.

Update: Thank you again for this review, and your advice to management. We hope over the last week you have felt heard and appreciate the response from leadership on this topic. HQ prides itself on being a feedback-rich culture, and that starts with leadership hearing from our employees and taking action when needed.
