Small company and people go up easily. Small product but really complicated implementation. Economically speaking they are not in their best days. Layoffs have occured because of this. Engineering department is falling apart because of bad management. Micro management tactics. E.g.: More generic managers attended all teams daily meetings to capture progress, without involving at all. Small talks between people about others even from higher position. Generally really bad mindset and team spirit from the upper levels. People under managerial positions do their best to hold it together but it is hard with this kind of management. People previously trusted each other and someone could speak their opinion, but this has changed a lot lately, since some difficult situations
