      Pros

      The company was a strong benefit package and seems to care about it's employees. Employees are encouraged to share their ideas for improvements. There are a number of employees with ten plus years with the company.

      Cons

      As the company has grown the feeling of being part of a small company has changed. It has started to become more corporate focused rather than employee focused.

      Pros

      Very challenging work. You are always learning in this position. You pick up a lot of computer skills and you learn a lot about medical technology. I have worked in the medical industry for 20 years and I must say I have learned more doing this job than any position I have held before. The company is really great to work for.

      Cons

      Some days you may stand for hours, and it can be physically demanding. The pace of the job can be very fast and a lot of the time there is not enough other techs to help out.
