      Pros

      Experience in legal sector, some friendly team members, gives graduates a chance

      Cons

      Treat temps as disposable commodities, poor wages, not paid for lunch hours, long hours, fail to follow their own principles, are very wasteful, will rarely make temps a permanent staff member but instead hire from outside, no holiday pay/sick pay for temps. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING JOING AXIOM, DO NOT DO IT!

      Pros

      Very challenging work. You are always learning in this position. You pick up a lot of computer skills and you learn a lot about medical technology. I have worked in the medical industry for 20 years and I must say I have learned more doing this job than any position I have held before. The company is really great to work for.

      Cons

      Some days you may stand for hours, and it can be physically demanding. The pace of the job can be very fast and a lot of the time there is not enough other techs to help out.
