The technology and services the company is expanding into is very exciting and relevant. Some truly great people across multiple teams.

The leadership, beginning with the former CEO (now President) is a consistent disappointment. When asked direct questions during a town hall meeting regarding upcoming changes, he punted and said he didn't like to be put on the spot. The VP level leadership is very knowledgeable in the job processes but exceptionally poor leaders. They are looking for company men and women who will take a massive pay cut without pushing back. I was regularly expected to work significant hours during scheduled PTO, including the holidays. The company has layoffs while continuing to acquire new company's at a breakneck pace. Since the acquisition by NV5, Axim is unrecognizable from what it was before.
