      Pros

      They get your foot in the door with great companies. Pay is very good. Vacation and holiday pay. Very pleasant and professional work enviroment. They sent a representative out with me on my first day to assure every thing ran smoothly. The representative was very helpful and even escorted me to the building I will be working in to assure I didn't get lost.

      Cons

      Insurance is high because they are a smaller company, but other than that I have nothing bad to say.
