      Pros

      Enorm hoog kennis niveau van de medewerkers op nationaal en internationaal level. Mooi portfolio aan diensten rondom cloud, iot en big data.

      Cons

      Axians wil over 100 jaar nog bestaan en goed zijn voor haar medewerkers, verwacht dus geen gekke sprongen zoals start-ups en de hele grote corporates dat doen.
