Pros
Reading through some of the other reviews, although some of the negativity is fair for what Axians/Imtech ICT was like under the old management, however as a result of the acquisition, the leadership team have taken it from strength to strength. It's the people that make it what it is. If I come home without having laughed at least twice, it's been a bad day!
Cons
In some areas, it feels like there is a limited career progression structure. However, it appears that the Leadership team is looking to improve this. But in a company of under 90 people, there's only so far you can go.
