Slow to react - Anonymous employee Axial Systems Employee Review

There is a very bad attitude with some salespeople who would routinely complain about the customer, in full earshot of other people who were on the phone to potential other customers. This was never addressed by the management team. The company is also slow to respond to the customers needs, and the middle and senior management didn't seem to know what they were doing. They eventually got the message and took action.
