      Pros

      Love working for Axeon, They are a small company which means you know everyone. Unlimited income POTENTIAL.

      Cons

      Not a lot of training. No upward mobility, You will likely never make over $100k. Admin team is very old school and slow moving which can jeopardize your pay.

      Pros

      Central location near a freeway entrance/exit. Pay is very fair. As long as you are doing what is expected, the management interference is almost non existent.

      Cons

      Some days the job can get monotonous.
