Horrendous - Recruiter Axelon Employee Review

I don't even know where to begin with this job. I read reviews online prior to me starting and expected they were exaggerated when I read "dont even take this job". I wouldn't say don't take it because it's a job/paycheck. But I have never in my life witnessed a place like this. I started working on the "dungeon floor", which is quite different from the floor that you interview on. The people didn't even greet or even offer a smile every now and then. The micro managing was laughable. The job was laughable, and the people were laughable. They thought because they had free pizza every friday that it made the company likable. Definitely didn't. This is a call center...not a recruiting company. You're recruiting for ppl across the nation for mostly miniumum wage jobs. I was asked on multiple times to call at least 30 people in an hour. I can't even begin/end here. Long hours of 9-630 and most people eat at their desks. If I could give a rating of a negative # I would.
