Stay Away - Anonymous employee Axcient Employee Review

Well, first off - they moved me across the country knowing that I'm brand new to tech and explicitly said that I would need coaching with that. So when I get there what do I get? I get essentially no help from management, a lack of communication across the board and blatant disrespect. This is sincerely and without a doubt the most mismanaged passive aggressive company I have ever seen. Their business model seems to be to hire a ton of people then fire them as soon as they start getting the hang of things.
