Carlyle bought a solid business from DuPont - Sales Manager Axalta Employee Review

Axalta has outstanding automotive coatings technology and products. They have retained a solid core of sales and marketing professionals that were formerly with DuPont. They are in the process of separating IT function from DuPont, which will streamline operations. They have also restructured the Legal staff and my impression is that it is much more responsive and customer focused.
