      Pros

      - The office is great and the cultural events pretty cool! - Although somewhat separated into different "structures", the company hierarchy is quite flat, where everyone's voice is heard and their opinion taken into consideration when it comes to taking decisions. - All colleagues are super fun to work with and many have a lot of experience which is great if you want to develop your career further. - With a modern and complex product, there are always new challenges to face and grow together.

      Cons

      Not many "work-life" benefits, such as transportation pass, gym partnerships...

      Pros

      The team of engineers is really interesting, international and inspiring to work with. The product is modern, has an amazing user experience and the tech stack is fun to work with. awork has a great office and remote culture with a lot of flexibility as well as strong team bonds.

      Cons

      The team could be more diverse, which we'll hopefully solve with our current growth plans and more remote options
