Honest opinion - Junior Research Analyst Awe Research Employee Review

Toxic work environment, horrible management style, expectation to put work over everything in life is so widely accepted that asking to leave at 5 was met was confusion, They pray on fresh grads and burn you out of a will to live or to deal with anything but work. More often than not i was stuck working 16 hour days because i was given a ridiculous deadline with no notice and the choice to either work through my holiday with no promise of compensation or to just finish it that day (both horrible options) oh and btw the pay is an actual joke i cannot believe this is actually what they pay people and expect them to live off of it.
