      -Small studio so plenty of opportunity -Great if you are looking for something steady -Great if you are starting out and need experience and guidance -Will get at least two portfolio pieces for each year you work here if you play your cards right -Reasonable upper management

      Cons

      -Work is safe and predictable -Not for the avant garde, the explorers or the experimental -Too caught up in trends and "inspiration"; little room for originality -Pay is whatever...ok if you are early twenties

      Pros

      The quality of projects and scope of work A&O gets is amazing. It is a really good learning experience for new designers

      Cons

      – All creative decisions are made by the owner of the company. – Less scope to advance and grow for experienced designers.

      Pros

      Great for designers with limited experience to work on a variety of print/digital projects from start to finish. Encouragement from the management to take on full responsibility of projects from the beginning. Interesting clients.

      Cons

      Not enough brainstorming sessions before the design stage.
