      Good people, not steeped in sexist culture. Good benefits. Generally a pretty friendly place to work.

      A lot of work, and working outside comfort zone; can be pretty stretched across clients

      Pros

      Great people to work with, cool customers, and culture was a huge part of being at Aware Group. Really loved that.

      Cons

      The company lacked a unified direction. The co-founders worked independently, and then there was a "senior leadership" team that acted important but didn't have a lot of control.
