Pros
- Genuinely good people work here. There's been some red flags here and there but those types of people do not last long here.
- Everybody, including executives, is approachable and is happy to help you.

- Learning is encouraged - Obviously you are expected to want to learn and grow but it is okay not to know something. You can ask anyone anything here and they are more than happy to answer your question and take time out of their day to have discussions with you.
- No one takes themselves too seriously here. Everyone is humble.
Cons
- Typical start up struggles: not enough people, little chaotic here and there.
- From an engineering perspective, there are maybe too many complex parts and pieces to the overall architecture but that is expected to become a little more stabilized in the coming months. (Again, just typical startup woes)
