      Pros

      There isn't any good about this consultancy. These people will cheat you at every point of time. I worked for 9 months and fortunately got another job. Don't resign to join this company please. I faced one of the worst nightmare. These people just refused to provide job when I resigned from my last company and said there is some technical problem.

      Cons

      First of all this is just a consultancy that earns by bidding on your job.There is zero job security.These people can deny any promises made to the employee. They can even deny your joining. I with my 3 colleague have faced this. You won't get any travel allowance even if you are traveling for this company.They won't even arrange you travel if you're traveling for this company.

      In a very short period they did so many fraud things, not able to find any pros.

      * Very greedy. * Fraud Company * Pathetic HR. * Even their senior tries to convince you that they are there for you, Do not trust them and if you really want that job make sure you get all the commitment on stamp paper otherwise they can betray you at any point of time. * Beware Client as well(Tries to make money by hook or by crook) * Probation period means you are slaves for them, they can throw you out whenever they want(HR says we are not responsible for you) * They don't have projects, if they say we will shift you in some other project when your current project is done, It means that would be your last working day with them.
