Relies heavily on self-learning due to minimal guidance, within a highly competitive work environment where recognition of contributions can be inconsistent and credit for work may not always be fairly attributed, alongside micromanagement and leadership and collaboration styles that may not suit those seeking a supportive or structured team.

Experience only nothing else that I can think of

- Lowball company - Will only hire employees who wants a lower salary than what's in the market - Overworked with low pay - HR is the worst. Even when I am applying for this position before they are not really responsive. And even if you are already employed with them and ask them questions they're still not responsive. - Tried applying here before for several time and it's kind of annoying how they post their job vacancies on LinkedIn, Company Website and Facebook but DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY INQUIRIES. I ended but not getting hired before without even getting any specific feedback knowing that my qualifications are the ones they're looking for. I should've known then that the management and the whole company sucks. But, I still applied last year and got hired and experienced everything. - The TL's are super toxic - Micromanaged
