Worst management I have ever seen - Anonymous employee Avus Capital Employee Review

The salaries are really good, above the average for Bulgaria. Also, the office looks really nice. Unfortunately, that's all yuo can find as "positive" there.

According to my own experience, the company treats the employees as slaves. There is quite regular overtime which is *not* paid, the CTO offends and insults the employees and there is literally no internal organization regarding the software development processes. If you do get some requirements, they are verbal only.

Very nice office space and furniture, solid hardware. Free lunch every Friday. And that's it.

Management team is very bad. CEO is constantly shouting and unhappy with all of the people, no matter of the results. Constant stress of the possibility for being let go for no reason. People are just being destroyed there.
