Mostly everything else. Nothing is done professionally. Senior staff are money hungry and unprofessional. They treat their staff like children, even when the staff themselves are the same age or older. Myself and most of my female colleagues noticed that men are provided with more opportunity to progress than women. It's a weird place to work.
