Avrios Response
8yOn the emotional side, I can understand you are upset about the fact that we had to lay you off. I have previously been an employee myself and so I can understand this is a life changing moment that basically means you have to reconsider most of the choices you made.
On the factual side, I think your specific situation was dealt with in a very bad way. We should have communicated more progressively and we have since changed our practice. To keep things fair, it also shouldn't come as a surprise to any sales person that after not closing any business for several months in a row while people around you are closing, something will change.
Having said that, I believe that our product and sales process is not for everyone and we have seen people strive elsewhere who did not succeed at Avrios. I think that is normal and it takes some time to find the right fit. For this reason - if you have not already done so - I would encourage you to take us up on the offer to help you find a different job. So far, we have managed to find an equal or better position for everyone who asked for it.
