      I've been working here for several years now and so I have good feel of the company. - Great team. I really like the people who work here. - Promotion and learning opportunities available for those who want to grow their career - Good benefits: dental, health, and vacation - Flexible schedule - Owner is willing to invest in tech and equipment to make work easier

      I don't have anything bad to say and will continue to work here for many years.

      Pros

      I was at my last employer over 5 years and have been at Avrio almost 2. Literally the best place I have ever worked. Hard work is appreciated and gratitude is shown often. We have a company party each month to celebrate employee birthdays. Hard working but fun culture!

      Cons

      None. The owner is amazing and the best guy I have ever worked for. Very much cares about his employees and invests in the right people to grow his business.
