Cons
An extremely poorly managed company with a very inadequate approach towards employee management and training. Very few provisions made towards training new employees, with minimal delegation of tasks and information to assist employees with training.
There is also a major issue in the company in relation to delegating and allocating of tasks and jobs, with existing employee having to cater for large work loads, and newer employees being assigned repetitive and substandard tasks in order to balance the workload in favor of the employers.
The customer service aspect of this company is considerably poor, with clients constantly having their requests and queries delayed in unnecessary queues because of the poor management of the company. New employees are also provided with very little training in order to address these queries.
