Pros
I worked at Avomeen for more than a year (about 15 months), it has been an experience I sincerely appreciate. 1) Young, fun, energetic colleagues. 2) Very interesting projects that cover a wide range of industries. They give opportunities to fresh graduates, which is one of the things I appreciate the most. 3) Great learning experience, learnt a lot in a year. 4) There is suggestion box that is actively monitored by a suggestion committee, if you have any suggestions or problems, you can use the suggestion box and your voice can be heard. The managers cannot solve all problems the employees brought up, but they are doing their best to solve, and they want to make things better for employees. 5) Good diversity of culture, people from various countries hang out together, good and friendly environment. Not only a place to learn scientific techniques, but also a place of improving the communication ability if you have an open heart.
Cons
1) Sometimes too revenue driven, which causes some stress in terms of deadline. 2) Not a place for someone who wants to pursue high salary as a technical chemist.
