      lovely offices - good pay - good benefits - great reputation in the area

      Cons

      leadership have no idea of how brutal and callous they are. they have zero ability to gauge impact - and if told are bright enough to explain why others are wrong to feel the way they do. although leadership has changed in last year - not much has changed at all. any voice that provides an alternative view is silenced.

      I suppose the free food and company offsites

      Cons

      Underpaid within the industry. Very top heavy organisation with a lot of middle management and bureaucracy.
