      Pros

      Salary and Medical Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      No clarity in direction under the guise of "working in ambiguity". The CEO makes all company meetings about himself, selling dreams (very detached from reality) and overpromising. Employees are often left confused because leadership/management lack clear direction for their team and are constantly moving goalposts. High turnover from C-Suite to lower level employees, the CEO has had like 7 secretaries in 5 years, the Technology department is overworked with a failing product.... The company is run like a video game. Constant financial/payroll issues. Uses religion as a control tactic to overwork employees! Doubting they will survive the next 2 years.

      Pros

      Talented and respectful team who knows what they are doing. High speed and sometimes hard work. I enjoy a good challenge and the uniqueness of AvodahMed. This is by far my favorite job! I am trusted to do my work and able to bring ideas to the forefront with my team.

      So far no cons. I honestly don't have anything to provide here.

      Pros

      The engineers were great to work with. They're keeping the lights on and helping this sinking ship stay afloat.

      Cons

      - Poor direction, priorities constantly changing. - No accountability for toxic workplace gossiping/disrespect, failed deliverables, unclear communication, and poor company direction. - Executives fight like high schoolers instead of accomplishing things. - When the above catches up with the company bottom line without investment, management saves themselves and does mass layoffs (twice now) - No 401k/retirement - No professional development
