      Pros

      Incredibly nice colleagues, free food (within reason), and a lovely environment - I worked in the garden center!

      Cons

      The takeover by Aramark created quite a corporate culture - which was a clear divestment from the company's roots/heritage

      Cool coworkers that are fun to work with

      unfair pay, almost no communication, I never even got a job description, owner of the company is toxic and intentionally starts rumors so he can trace back to who in the company gossips. very little accountability and no HR.
