      Nothing as they don’t offer anything

      Cons

      Can’t grow in the company, everyone it’s on minimum wage, and doing work that’s not worth it. Special in dispatch working in the fridge and doing transfers after and only minimum wage

      unfair pay, almost no communication, I never even got a job description, owner of the company is toxic and intentionally starts rumors so he can trace back to who in the company gossips. very little accountability and no HR.
