Pros
Free food. A kichen area and small cafetaria where free lunch is catered daily. Some days good...same days so-so. Kichen has a reasonably stocked fridge. Central work location. Close to the highway and Beaverton/Portland.
Cons
The plans change frequently depending on the time of the day. Several managers constantly changing priority and providing conflicting work requests. Often this creates major confusion among team members and delays projects which ultimately is blamed on technicians and engineers. Some long-time (power-wielding employees) make decisions autocratically. Often times these decisions are surprising and dampen morale.
