During my time at Avlino, I made a multiple work from home requests to stay with my wife and newborn baby, instead of considering with curtesy They put me under PIP (Performance Improvement program) and force to come to office for 5 days leaving my wife and newborn baby ( Since I’m the only one who is taking care of them), which cannot be bearable and unacceptable. Thought Avlino was my extended family and shared the newborn baby news and in reply I got PIP email which put me into mental harassment and insecure in the employment. I could not be able to enjoy the beautiful moment of fatherhood due to this email communication. It clearly indicates how poor HR policies have been placed in Avlino. Its a o stupid company and with no positive mindset Management. This is the worst toxic company i came across and definitely will promote as much in my network to stay away from this company.
