Cons ) 1) Daily workload of 12-14 hours (yes , I mean it ). 2) Incorrect effort estimation from Upper management for Development of features due to pressure from client . 3) They will intially put you in single project . After 2 months , they will put you in 2-3 different projects and you are expected to finish your work same day for all the projects . This is the worse part of the company. 4) I have seen people moving out because of the work-pressure and kind of treatment they provide to you as an Employee . Trust me , Apart from salary , there is nothing to look for in this company . 5) If you really want to get the idea of this company , dont go with the latest reviews of this company . find the reviews which are found to be helpful to people . Then you will get clear picture what happens inside the organisation.
