Local business focused on improving and providing for the community. Board and executives all made of individuals who live and are involved in the community outside of just the organization. Work/life balance tends to be strong. Patient centered organization.
Cons
Salaries typically below market. Jobs that can be done remotely have not been moved to remote work. Upper Administration and HR can be disconnected from employees and their needs. Lack of communication and accountability at times within organization. High turnover rates. Low to medium amount of career advancement opportunities past Manager level.
