Serving any customer base has its challenges. If customer service was always easy, everyone would do it!

I have very much enjoyed my experience working at Avisys Inc. and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to join this team. The atmosphere here is amazing. It is just the right balance of laid back, and seriously getting to work. Of high stress/pressure situations, and low stress. Amount that is asked of me, and how I am compensated. Work that is simple and comes easily, and work that is challenging and requires critical thinking. Leadership who are set on meeting the business needs, and who truly care about their employees and their lives outside of work. Of paying your dues with grunt labor-type responsibilities, and opportunities to advance and gain more responsibility. For the first time in my professional career, I feel that the work I am doing, and the effort I am putting into the company I am a part of, is being recognized, acknowledged, and even rewarded! I have been with Avisys for nearly a year now, and not ONCE have I awaken with any dread of going to work. I do not count down the minutes till the end of my shift. I enjoy my job. And I have been around enough to know that THE main factor in this is the people I work with, the company I work for, and how it is run.
