Team is good with nice collaborative focus and good variety of work from a diverse client base.
Cons
The company doesn’t reward, no bonus or salary increases which they then wonder why moral is low and productivity has dropped off. The response is simply to try and buy in me team to boost short term financial results. Not the family mantra constantly promoted.
