Pros

Initial pay might look attractive, but no timely appraisal and growth. Remote job

Cons

Consistent Salary delays which might go upto end of month. Excessive workoad.. you’re expected to be available day, night, weekend, public holiday. PF is deducted from salary but never gets deposited. Form 16 delayed by months. 90 days notice period.. When you resign, they would torture you for those 90 days that too without salary. If you want to survive here, most essential thing you need to be good at is blame game. One who can blame others will survive, other gets fired. The positive reviews in this platform is a HR arrangement.

Pros

Collaborative and supportive team environment. I joined as a fresher with limited domain knowledge, but working with experienced seniors helped me learn a lot technically and professionally. The remote work culture provides good flexibility and work-life balance. Also got exposure to real AI use cases along with machine learning fundamentals and practical ML approaches being used in projects. The company encourages experimenting with new technologies and learning continuously

Cons

Fast-paced environment at times can feel challenging for freshers initially.

Pros

I joined Aviso because I was excited about the kind of work being done in AI and decision intelligence. What stood out to me is how welcoming and supportive the team is. I’ve been able to take real ownership of my work, learn from smart teammates, and grow quickly. The environment encourages asking questions, trying new things, and improving continuously.

Cons

Some processes are still being streamlined, which is normal in a growing company. Nothing major though.
