      this company bought out ours and took over within a week. not one person from corporate has showed up to introduce themselves. all we have received has been paperwork online for us to sign. nothing in writing stating when will be paid, how pay/OT will be accumulated. NOTHING. we can't even as so much get on the pay system website/app and see anything except for our time and it doesn't even show OT collected. so far this company is joke

      Opportunity to serve disadvantaged populations - elderly and minorities.

      Cons

      Lack of trust, Endless approvals needed to get basics of what may be needed for resident care, Profit above quality of care and quality of life, reimbursement process is bulky and untimely, decisions made that impact the community are made without consideration or input from field staff (ie, upper management knows best)
