Free food. Good projects but very bad management

One stars less because of following 1. They only focus on how to 100 % use employee in hardwork. Employee are working 9-11 hr. Some employe comes on saterday also. 2. No process at all. No proper communication. The time task tracker used by the company has never been utilized. Most of the requirements are oral leading to lot of arguments eventually the employees suffering. No documentation. 3. Zero activities. Fun or cultural or social, no activities other than work. People checkin and check out. No healthy communication. 4. On the time of approsal they extend the months 1st then they get 1 month time to improve skill after that they remove that employee. 5. There are 3 HR whos work is to remove employee and new joiner.
