Cons
- Lack of cabin crew standards (hiring unqualified people who have no regard for grooming standards); - Cabin crew contracts /agreements are from a Tax Haven country (Malta, Seychelles, etc) - People who constantly e-mail Crewing Dep. and ask to operate in a certain base always get what they want, basically the more annoying you are, the more you will get; - Cabin crew are called from Off Days to operate urgent flights and are not compensated financially if they accept. The payment remains the same.
