Pros

Many days off and vacation, competitive salary

Cons

No fixed base, they ask you so much flexibility up to a point to give up basically your whole life and they are less than zero flexible even about your requests that would actually benefit them more than yourself. Instead of just rejecting any single request, they will work double hours in order to find the way to give you the exact opposite of what you requested

Pros

One of the main advantages of working for an ACMI airline like Avion Express is the exposure to different operational environments. You operate in multiple countries, airports, airspace structures, and weather conditions, which builds strong adaptability and situational awareness. It also provides experience working with different customers and multicultural crews, which improves communication and CRM skills. In addition, ACMI operations usually offer high aircraft utilization, so pilots gain valuable operational experience in a relatively short time.

Cons

he main challenges are the frequent changes in base, irregular schedules, and being away from home for extended periods. Operations can be very dynamic, requiring quick adaptation to new procedures, airports, and operational requirements. It can also be more demanding from a fatigue-management and personal-life balance perspective.
