Pros
A very stable company with decent work culture. The people are friendly. On site opportunities for in the US, Europe and Middle East Markets. The management is very positive towards the employees.
Cons
The employers are paid below the market salaries. People in the production facility at Hyderabad work tirelessly, and there is a dissatisfaction among them on the salaries all the time. Employees taken on contract are at risk as they might be kicked off once the project are over.
