      Pros

      Great happy hours on Friday nights with most senior management participating; new leadership heading things up; pretty diverse workforce.

      Cons

      Various rounds of layoffs after several years - really made for a lapse in morale. Discontinuity in management; many shifts in just a few short years; almost an entire SM turnover. Although this does seem to have been for the best.

      Was able to learn computer programs while on the job. Great diversity of people. Supportive colleagues and a team that encourages career growth.

      Was part of the first round of layoffs after 9/11
