Pros

I met a few great people.

Cons

- Processes are over complicated and unnecessarily frustrating. - Training for the most part is severely lacking and you will be gas lighted. - There is a mixture of micromanagement and being forgotten at the same time. - Client satisfaction is very very over stated - They welcome feedback and are very supportive UNLESS it is not what they want to hear. - Very understaffed - in many cases only 1-2 people can do very important tasks - creating a backlog and a challenge to get support that is needed. - Poor communication - A ton of middle management - but not exactly sure what some of them do. - Unless you are part of the “cool kids” it’s not fun going to work everyday - AT ALL - Very old school in many ways ie. wfh vs in house expectations

Pros

The company offers a generally positive work environment with supportive management and a strong emphasis on teamwork, which makes collaboration easy and enjoyable. Employees often appreciate the opportunities for professional growth and the flexibility in work arrangements, which help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

However, there are some drawbacks to consider, such as occasional communication gaps between departments and a lack of clear direction during fast-paced projects. Additionally, while the company provides good benefits, some employees feel that compensation could be more competitive compared to industry standards. Overall, it’s a solid place to work, especially for those who value a cooperative culture, but there is still room for improvement in organization and pay structure.
