The postive and constructive collaboration between departments creates an open environment in the workplace, where new ideas are welcome and encouraged. Management truly cares about building a better bank while maintaining a the same level of customer service.
Cons
When you are making drastic changes, there will be challenges and difficulties to work through. This can result in frustration amongst employees, regardless of the industry. As the positive effects of the changes are realized, the employees feel empowered because they've made a difference. Management is supportive of their employees who may be delayed in embracing changes, and works to encourage a positive work life.
