      People are good and down to earth.

      Cons

      Pay, hours, commute (to and from job sites), PTO (120 hours a year, this also includes sick days), and inconsistent work (are made to either take PTO or work with no pay).

      Great team in service. Love working with them every day. Great work/life balance on the Service team.

      Projects handed over unfinished/with significant issues. Company reducing headcount while acquiring other businesses and buying new vans.
