As an employee at Aviconn for over 8+ years growing from Intern to Project Head ( Operations). I’ve seen what makes this company truly special when walking hand to hand with Aviconn. They share company goals regularly and encourage us to give feedback. Aviconn offers flexible work hours, making it easier to balance work and personal life. The compensation is fair, with good benefits and package that includes health insurance and performance bonuses. Overall, my time at Aviconn has been very rewarding. Saturdays are working days; we should have at least every other Saturday off.
