Cons
Depending on which team or project you get assigned to, you may still end up burning yourself out, even in your probationary period, because you may work even afterhours. The bosses expect you to finish a big task in a few days and does not listen to reason. There is no Quality Assurance (QA) team to begin with, so you are on your own to check for bugs. You may not even have someone who acts your senior to look up to, so you are on your own as a solo developer. Requests for changes to the project from the client is imminent, yet the deadline remains the same.
