Toxic - Not worth it. - Customer Service Representative Aviation Adventures Employee Review

Pros

1) Discount on flight training, but even with your discount it's still more expensive than competitors. 2) You learn a lot about aircraft maintenance.

Cons

1) Horribly toxic work environment - CSRs are often the scapegoat for poor management; they are constantly berated and never complimented or thanked for the work they do. 2) Over-worked, under-paid - there is way too much responsibility placed on a position that is staffed by three part-time employees every week. This leads to communication issues and lots of details falling through the cracks. 3) Poor management - management refuses to look in the mirror and accept that things may not fall through the cracks as often if they were to invest more in staff and better technology - but that would cost money, so they don't do it. 4) Blatant workforce discrimination.

Pros

Company is run with integrity, they are very organized, and they work to provide the best service to customers making it easy to do your job as a customer service representative. It is easy to get support from management and make suggestions to help improve things constantly.

Cons

Having to deal with obnoxiously wealthy, demanding customers.
